Ordering & Payments

1) Do you offer subscriptions or recurring charges?

No. Purchases on AIMQWESTBOOKS.COM are standard one-time transactions. We do not charge recurring fees unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

2) Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?

No. We do not accept cryptocurrency payments and we do not support anonymous or crypto-based checkout methods.

3) Are you a cryptocurrency exchange, investment platform, or financial services provider?

No. We sell books and educational content. We do not provide cryptocurrency exchange, investment, brokerage, mining, or financial services.

4) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mainstream payment methods shown at checkout, such as major credit/debit cards and PayPal (and other standard wallets if enabled). These are conventional methods that typically include consumer protections.

5) Do you store my credit card number?

No. Payments are processed by secure payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6) Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aimqwestbooks.com. We’ll do our best to help depending on the order status.


Shipping

7) Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

8) How much does shipping cost?

U.S. standard shipping is free for eligible orders.

9) How long does delivery take?

Most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase (including processing and transit).

10) Will I receive tracking?

When available, we provide tracking information by email and/or on your order status page after your order ships.

11) What if tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?

First check with household members, neighbors, building management, and any secure delivery locations. Then contact the carrier for a delivery investigation. If you still need help, email us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan date and we will assist with next steps.

12) Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Returns & Refunds

13) What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

14) Are returns free?

Yes—free returns are available for eligible items returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

15) What items qualify for a return?

Items are eligible if they meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy (for example, original condition and within the return window). If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

16) How do I start a return?

Email support@aimqwestbooks.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If applicable, include photos of the issue. We’ll send you instructions.

17) When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing can vary by bank/payment provider, but is typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

No. AIMQWESTBOOKS.COM sells books and related educational content. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as financial, legal, or investment advice.

21) Why might I see books about crypto or finance topics?

We publish and sell educational books on a range of topics, including technology and economics. Educational content is not the same as providing financial services or accepting crypto payments.
